LIMITED EDITION: OAKLEY® MUZM SCAR & SUTURE JACKET

Oakley® revives era-defining design with the release of a limited-edition collector’s set bringing together MUZM Scar and recently unveiled Suture Jacket. By pairing the reimagined MUZM Scar with a new design inspired by its legacy in Suture Jacket, the set traces a direct line from past innovation to future expression. As a set, it highlights how cutting-edge design evolves across generations, writing a blueprint for the future. ​ ​ ​

​At the center of the release, MUZM Scar re-emerges in a striking Electric Blue colorway, revisiting a pivotal moment in Oakley’s design history. Originally introduced in 2001, Scar broke new ground with its mixed-material construction, combining a high-wrap silhouette with a distinctive metal hinge mechanism. This reissue stays true to the original, refined with a lightweight O Matter™ frame and durable metal hinge, its ​ Prizm™ Plutonite® lenses enhance color, contrast, and full UV protection. ​

​Alongside it, Suture Jacket marks a new chapter for the Oakley Jackets family, introduced in a bold X-Silver finish. ​ Drawing from Oakley’s early 2000s design era, and inspired by Scar, Suture Jacket reinterprets the classic high-wrap form with a modern lens for enhanced clarity and coverage. Transparent silicone temple socks with underlying spike detailing are engineered to maximize grip, while Unobtainium® nosepads ensure a secure, no-slip fit for all-day wear. ​

​Both frames are equipped with Prizm™ Sapphire lenses, enhancing color and contrast while reinforcing a unified expression of Oakley innovation across eras.
