Since 1994, Oakley Jackets have followed their own rules. What began as a rebellion against how sport performance eyewear was “supposed” to look shattered perceptions with the birth of an unprecedented high-wrap, twin-lens frame. Traditionally curated for athletes who challenged the status quo, the Oakley Jackets became more than a symbol of performance. 

Over three decades later, in 2026, a new era begins. Born from the same pioneering mindset, pushing beyond the realm of performance without ever losing their original DNA, the Jackets join Oakley's Artifacts from the Future; inventions wrapped in art, designed for tomorrow and delivered today.

Inspired by the frames that started it all (Eye Jacket 1994, Straight Jacket 1999, Racing Jacket 1998, Water Jacket 2000, Flak Jacket 2007), the new members of the Jackets family carry that legacy into a design language where form drives function, mixing genres to push design further.  

Plantaris SQ transforms the artifact into a squared iteration of the original frame. Neoforma lets the same spirit breathe through kinetic roots and pure forward flow, while Terraforma delivers stark impact with a universal silhouette and futuristic edge. The versatility of the Jackets extends further with Neoture and Neomata, prescription frames that blend a nostalgic soul with future-forward design for those who define their own aesthetic. Reintroduced in 2019, Eye Jacket Redux honors Oakley heritage with a re-engineered outlook, while Suture Jacket, available starting in April, sharpens the concept into more aggressive territory, a spiked evolution built like armor and designed for performance.
